1. Unopened and Unused Products
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Defective Products
- Defective items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- All defective products will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.
3. E-Liquids
- Due to health and safety concerns, returns on opened e-liquids are not accepted.
- Unopened e-liquids may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
4. Custom and Clearance Items
- Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
5. Online Orders
- Returns for online orders must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
6. Exceptions
- Returns or refunds for opened and used items are not permitted unless the item is defective.
- Cloud Top Vapor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
